  2. The product must not have been abused or modified in any way
  3. Your original Invoice is your proof of warranty
  4. The shipping costs to an authorized Crystal Acoustics Service centre are at the owner’s expense. We will pay the return shipping charges to the customer if the repairs are covered by the warranty
  5. Warranty terms may not be changed by any dealer or retail store
  6. Any repair within the regular warranty period does not infer an extension to the warranty
  7. Crystal Acoustics warranty obligations must be performed by a Crystal Acoustics authorized service center

  Warranty Exceptions
  If the fault is shown to be result of:

  ? Misuse, including (but not limited to) failure to use the equipment for its normal purpose in accordance with Crystal Acoustics instructions on its proper use and maintenance
  ? Improper connections
  ? Surface or internal damage of woofers or tweeters
  ? Non-authorized service
  ? Any reason beyond Crystal Acoustics reasonable control
